Occupational Health and Safety

The Risk Assessment in ASI is based on the company's internal Hazard and Risk Identification Procedure. In addition, the PEC Self-Management System of the Mutual de Seguridad is followed and the Supreme Decree number 594 of Chile is complied with, which establishes safety standards at work. This methodology ensures that hazards and risks are comprehensively identified and evaluated, effective control measures are implemented, and safety standards are met, ensuring the protection of workers and the integrity of the work environment during the integration of control cabinets. and protection for substations

Reception of equipment, parts and pieces

The reception of equipment and pieces of equipment is the first phase of the process, in this step we receive the cabinets and the materials and supplies that we will use for their integration.

Electrical mechanization of cabinets for protection, control and command

It consists of carrying out the entire assembly of the different metal structures (main and support), in order to carry out the installation of pipes and equipment, and subsequently carry out the wiring.

EVIDENCE

In this Stage, the substation environment is simulated, for which a test laboratory is available. This is a controlled space where it is convenient for the tests to be as representative of the real substation as possible, so the tests are designed for this purpose. In some cases it is inevitable that there are certain deviations from reality, but we try to keep these as few as possible. In any case, the satisfactory approval of any equipment does not in any case exempt it from the need to undergo certain tests in the substation itself (called pilot test).
